We proudly announce that Eduventures has recognized CTU Messenger with their annual Innovation Award. CTU Messenger is an exciting advancement in our efforts to add simplicity, 灵活性, and accessibility to higher education, and we are absolutely thrilled to receive this honor!
Available through CTU's mobile app and Learning 管理 System, CTU Messenger allows students to easily interact with their instructors via real-time communications - everything from asking questions about lectures and assignments to sharing photos and documents. It also lets students more easily communicate with each other, collaborate on group projects, and schedule meetings.
The impact of CTU Messenger has been incredible. Over 240,000 conversations were reported in 2020 alone,1 and students can interact with peers, instructors, and support staff in new ways. Messenger has also allowed the University to track trends – such as struggles with a new procedure or technology – and use the data to improve efficiency and student experience.
"We are incredibly honored to have this exciting new technology recognized by Eduventures and to be among the other awardees, Florida Atlantic University, University of Arizona, 和华盛顿 & Jefferson College," says CTU Chancellor Connie Johnson. "Implementing CTU Messenger and effectively using it to address student needs is truly a team effort, and I'd like to thank all of the faculty and staff for making it happen.
